Hey Y’all & Welcome to The Crafting Cactus!  Each item is made-to-order, meaning we don’t make it until the item is ordered! Our bleached Tees are all unique in their own special way!! The only Employees around here are myself, Samantha Munguia, and my daughter Londyn! 

Londyn is a very special asset to this business, as she has Autism and Tourette's, she is the absolute best helper I could ask for! So, in addition to your order helping this family financially, you are also helping her learn a wide range of Life Skills! 

Please note that photos are taken in my office with sunlight from the nearby window, and a ring lighting system... in addition to different devices iPhone, android, desktop, etc. coloring may slightly be different in person. If you have any questions about colors please feel free to message me.

 How To Care 
Turn Inside Out. Machine wash in cold water. Do Not Bleach. Do not use fabric softner. Do not Iron or dry clean. Air Dry, or Tumble Dry on low! 

 SHOP POLICIES - PLEASE READ 
Our tees are all hand bleached and made-to-order, meaning no two designs will be the same, each shirt is unique. Our shirts go through a 3-Step process and are hand and machine washed throughout each step.

I bleach my shirts with the help of the sun and since each item is made-to-order there is the possibility of weather delays. I live in Texas so it changes daily! Although our processing time is 7-14 business days, depending on Holiday season and winter/spring weather conditions, on occasion, orders could possibly be shipped sooner. Feel free to message if you have any questions.


Cancellations & Refunds: All items are made to order,  so unfortunately we do not offer any refunds. However, If there is an issue with the item please message us ASAP and we can discuss possible options.
Return Shipping: If error is due to the customer then the customer will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label in order for us to resend the item to correct address. This is very important to make sure correct information is given at time of purchase because items are made to order and we do not offer refunds.

Current TAT: 

I typically like to give myself a 2 week window for orders, especially custom orders, due to any issues with shipping inventory, weather delays etc. Also, I am still working part time at an insurance company, and a Mama to a very high energy special needs child. So 7-10 Business Days will be customary. This does not include Weekends or Holidays. I am always open to discussions for specific dates for customers and will do my best to be accommodating. Rush Order Fee may apply!

If I have the supplies in stock (shirts, screen prints, vinyl etc.) and the weather is permitting, I can get some orders out quicker than the 7 business days. I do try to get items out as quickly as possible. But just know I do have a family, and things do arise! I am always open for communication and discussions, and I try to be as informative as I can be with all my customers! I wish I was but I am not, and probably never will be Amazon folks! Just a Mama trying her best! 😁🌵🤍

When will my item ship?

Most orders ship within 1 - 2 weeks if not sooner.  My normal processing hours are Monday through Friday 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. cst. *Orders may be delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.

During the months of September through December, it might take a bit longer to process your orders. We process orders in the same order they are received. If you need your items by a specific date, please be sure to order with plenty of time, or send me an email and we can discuss a Rush Order.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available only through the U.S. Postal Service.

Tracking your Package: 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive notice via email.

I might not always have the answers, but I will always do my best to help or get you pointed in a good direction.
